We were successful in our bid to get the house we were looking at.
Talk about nerves, haggling back and forth, possession date this that and the other....
Now begins the task of de-cluttering our house to put it on the market.
Oy.
They (the naysayers) say that this time of the year is not the best time to sell.
I'm out to prove them wrong.
